Working principle
Air flotation water purification is to make water dissolve into a large amount of gas as the working liquid under high pressure. When the pressure is suddenly reduced, countless micro bubbles will be released to adhere to the impurities in the water after mixing reaction, so that the specific gravity of the flocs is less than 1, thus floating above the liquid surface, forming a three-phase mixture of foam (i.e. gas, water, particles), so that pollutants can be separated from wastewater to achieve purification effect.

The wastewater containing coagulants and the high-pressure output of dissolved gas from the dissolved gas tank react and condense in the air flotation tank. The process of the original colloid condensing into flocs is the working process of the machine. The entire reaction principle is drug diffusion, coagulation hydrolysis, impurity colloid destabilization colloid aggregation, micro floc particle collision aggregation, causing the colloid particle size to condense from 0.001 microns to 2 millimeters flocs and quickly float up. The sediment is scraped and discharged by a scraper at regular intervals, and the discharged water after reaction flotation automatically flows out of the collection tank.
